Mila Fantinelli is a PhD researcher at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, specializing in ecolinguistics and ecocriticism in Arabic literature.
Mila holds a Master’s in Linguistic Sciences from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and a Master’s in Arabic Language and Culture from the American University of Cairo. Her academic interests include Arabic post- colonial literature, environmental humanities and Arabic literature.
Güvenç Arman Arı

Arman is a graduate student at TED University (Ankara, Türkiye), Department of English Language and Literature. He previously graduated from Bilkent University, Department of English-French Translation and Interpretation with a minor in English Language and Literature. His academic interests include (but are not limited to) postcolonial theory & literature and decoloniality, environmental humanities, contemporary narrative theories, and authorship practices.
Z. I. Mahmud

Z. I. Mahmud is a transnational comparatist whose work engages trauma studies, posthumanism, mobility, and gendered authority across medieval, nineteenth-, and twentieth-century literatures.An alumnus of Satyawati College, Department of English, alma mater University of Delhi, India, Mahmud resides in Bangladesh and aspires toward Fulbright-supported postgraduate research.
Thomas Storey
Editor since December 2025
Thomas Storey is an independent scholar working in the intersections of environmental criticism, literary studies, and media theory. His monograph, ‘The Anthropocene Sublime in Literature: Immanence and Entanglement from Romanticism to Digitality’, is forthcoming from Routledge. He completed his PhD from King’s College London in 2024 and is currently working as a freelance academic and humanitarian editor in Copenhagen.
Esha Jaiswal

Esha Jaiswal completed her M.A. in English from Miranda House, University of Delhi and is currently preparing for doctoral applications. She works as a Research Assistant, focusing on feminist political economy, social reproduction, ecofeminism, and ethnographies of informal labour in urban India. Additionally, she serves as a Copyeditor for Cultural Analysis. Her research interests include Environmental Humanities and More-Than-Human Theory, Postcolonial Studies, Narrative Theory, Political Ecology, World Literatures, New Materialisms, and Cultural Memory.

Abigail Zajac

Abigail Zajac is currently finishing her two bachelor’s degrees in creative and professional writing at Missouri State University in the United States. After she graduates, she plans to pursue her master’s in Environmental Humanities, and much of her undergraduate work focuses on these fields. She has presented papers on gender and sexuality at the North Eastern Popular Culture Association’s annual conference and has a pending publication that analyzes scientists’ use of rhetoric.
Leonardo Nolé
Editor from October 2023 – December 2024
Leonardo Nolé is a PhD candidate in Comparative Literature at the Graduate Center – City University of New York and visiting researcher at Aarhus University’s Center for Environmental Humanities (Denmark). His research focuses on contemporary U.S. literature, extractive fiction, world-literature theory, and collective narratives. Leonardo has been teaching classes on anglophone and Italian environmental fiction at Hunter College, NY and Queens College, NY.
Katie Goss
Editor from October 2023 – 2025
Katie earned their PhD in English Literature from Queen Mary, University of London in 2023. Their doctoral research explores the plasticity of neurobiological, epigenetic, ecological and digital matters through contemporary womxn’s literature and film, elaborating a queer-feminist ethics of embodied transformation they call ‘plasticité féminine’. They have published in the fields of global literary and film studies, feminist-philosophy, psychoanalysis, trans* studies and the environmental humanities, and currently teach courses on culture, ecocriticism and feminism at further education college, City Lit.
